You won’t be able to buy the Razor Edge Pro gaming tablet just yet and can only register your interest in purchasing one. We have already looked at the main specs for both the Razor Edge tablet and Pro version, which even the basic model starts at a higher price than most tablet PCs. Today we wanted to feature some Dishonored and Dirt Showdown gameplay.

These games were playable at CES 2013 on the Razor Edge Pro tablet and we’ve managed to track down a video from the event. The video can be seen below this article and runs for just over 5 minutes. You will see a quick explanation of the Razor Edge features and then the guy starts playing Dishonored, which is followed with a quick demo of Dirt Showdown.

It is worth noting that the Razor Edge Pro price starts at $1,299.99, although this climbs very quickly to around $2,000 if you want all the accessories. Razor state the Edge Pro “runs all PC games and applications“, so we can’t wait to get hands-on at a later date and test this claim.

Now that you’ve spent some time performing those amazing fighting moves in Dishonored, it’s safe combinations that might be your focus after running into some problems. We’ve enjoyed taking out a number of guards at once in just a few seconds, but when it comes to finding the combination code for a safe in Dishonored it has slowed us down, so we thought a hunt for a video showing all the different Dishonored safe combinations was in order although it doesn’t seem to be that simple.

We’ve embedded a few videos below explaining in a visual walkthrough how to unlock certain safes throughout Dishonored, like the first video that is from the Coldridge Prison Sewers. YouTube is certainly the best place to find Dishonored safe combinations, so we’d recommended searching the area you’re stuck on and that should help you not only find the location, but also the combination as well. We’ve found a list of safe combinations that should cover most of them, and these also reveals the passwords as well for each Dishonored mission. It is worth pointing out that you shouldn’t look at this article if you don’t want to see all the Dishonored safe combinations, which could spoil the game for you.

If you go looking at the Dishonored reviews on all the websites that matter you’ll find it hard to hit a negative review, which is thanks to the game being outstanding in most areas although for those still bitter about Skyrim Dawnguard on PS3 it doesn’t matter how good the game is, they’re not buying it. Interestingly it’s not Bethesda that developed this game, but thanks to the role of publishing Dishonored it seems the lack of Skyrim Dawnguard and other DLC on the PS3 will affect sales in some way.

The worldwide sales charts will update within the next 24 hours and show just how well Dishonored has done in its first week for the UK, US, and other countries. Some gamers believe these figures will be poor and not as expected, and while we’re hearing from PR readers complaining about no Dawnguard and Hearthfire for PS3, we feel the sales will still impress.

Unhappy Skyrim owners on PlayStation 3 – some people love the game so much, we know the feeling after putting in well over 600 hours ourselves, they can’t help but want Skyrim DLC to launch on the PS3. There have been a number of gamers trading in Skyrim thanks to the lack of downloadable PS3 content, but it’s also clear that a large number of people are holding out in the hope Sony/Bethesda release Hearthfire and Dawnguard on the PS3.

You don’t need to look far to see that the Dishonored PS3 sales will in someway be affected by problems with Skyrim Dawnguard, and our earlier article about users shunning Dishonored received comments that only confirmed this. Since then we’ve been contacted by a number of PS3 gamers explaining their sorrow and also mission to boycott Dishonored.

Comments like “when Dawnguard and Hearthfire are released on PS3 I’ll buy Dishonored” are common, and others also point out they know Bethesda only published the game but state “we don’t care”. They continue “why would I purchase a game published by Bethesda after the way PS3 owners were treated with Skyrim DLC and a developer that can’t bring DLC to the PS3, which is a system that has been around for years“.

These are just a couple of comments from owners of Skyrim on PS3, and all they want is Dawnguard to receive a release date rather than silence over any possibility. Saying “we’re working on it” doesn’t cut it for some gamers after this long, and some people think refunds should be offered to PS3 owners. This is unlikely to happen considering DLC is an extra.

It has been a long time since the first Skyrim DLC landed on the Xbox 360, but if you’re a PS3 owner still with Skyrim we’d love to know if you hope Dawnguard and any future DLC will arrive on your platform at some point? We spent some time with Dishonored at a recent gaming event in London, and enjoyed the impressive stealth action, but for us the game really stood out thanks to the game design and artist direction. Some PS3 gamers are so upset they are keeping away from all Bethesda games, this seems a little crazy at first when you consider Bethesda’s upcoming games include Dishonored, The Elder Scrolls Online, Prey 2, and Doom 4. You’ll find comments in many forums along the lines of “I will NOT be buying Dishonored thanks to the situation with Dawnguard on PS3“. It is worth pointing out that this ill feeling might be short lived after some of the big titles are released, and this also gives certain gamers time to calm down after the lack of communication Bethesda has given with Dawnguard on PS3.

Then we have to consider the upset caused so far, which started with some bad framerate issues within the main Skyrim game and these later received a fix. What makes matters even more frustrating for PS3 owners is the fact that Skyrim Dawnguard has been on the Xbox 360 for almost 2 months, and the DLC is still missing a PS3 release date.

Skyrim Dawnguard is just some DLC – Bethesda delivered the game to PS3 owners and fixed the lagging issue, so should these gamers be so upset that Dawnguard is taking a long time to launch? This is the opinion from some gamers on other platforms, although the real disappointment will arise if Dawnguard never appears on the PlayStation 3. Certain PS3 users will point out how unfair it is for content to be singled out from all other platforms, and this line of thought also puts the spotlight on the PS3 hardware itself and what some developers claim is a lot harder to develop for when compared to the Xbox 360. This might be true but considering the amount of time the PS3 has been released you’d think this kind of problem is well and truly in the past?
