The federal government are doing all they can to help with its economic stimulus plan, which is why they are to offer each state rebates for consumers who purchase new appliances, such as refrigerators. The new refrigerators purchased have to be energy efficient in order to qualify for the rebate; this also counts for washing machines, and dishwashers. Read more
