Adobe Flash: 12 bugs patched

Adobe recently patched 12 vulnerabilities in its flash player, three of these bugs were due to faulty Microsoft development code. Ten of the vulnerabilities could have potentially have lead to hijacked systems executing their own malware on the targeted PC.
According to Adobes director of product security and privacy, Brad Arkin, Microsoft informed Adobe of its faulty development code “just over two weeks before Microsoft announced the flaws”, however Microsoft hinted that they have been investigating the security flaws since early 2008. Read more
