I got from Buy.com. Gave it to my daughter for a birthday present a couple weeks later. Come to find out the key chain does nOT work with Windows Vista, and Buy.com won’t take returns after 2 weeks. So I’m out of luck. Don’t get this if you have Vista OS
I’m running 32bit Vista and had no trouble with this. I bought 5 of them and personalised them with preloaded family photos for Christmas. I don’t recall exactly but I believe I had problems with a 64 bit version of Vista and the Photo Viewer app. Still, few are running that currently.
I couldn’t get this product to work (on 2 computers)) and I’m fairly tech savvy. The back of the box says it is supposed to work with Mac OS but I couldn’t get the stupid disk to load, not to mention all of our pictures are on the Mac. Then when I took it to the other computer running XP, I got the disk to load but then the pictures wouldn’t update.
