Sony PS3 Slim: The first unboxing video?

We have a cool video for you to check out now, which shows quite possibly the very first unboxing video of the new Sony PS3 Slim. Its quite funny though, as the retail box shown in the video is actually the same retail box shown in the leaked pictures, back in May.
On with the topic though and the video comes to us, courtesy of The Official Playstation Magazine. The guys down at their offices were lucky enough to get sent a spanking new Slim Console for them to test out. And test out they did.
Its all here in this video. You get an eager audience providing gasps during the whole unboxing process, the retro haircuts to laugh at or admire and a nice size comparison with the original model too.

Palm Pre: Canada Release Date

A Canadian online shop called FutureShop today added a poster to their website, this poster stated that the Palm Pre will be available on Bell as of August 27th. We have not yet had confirmation from Palm nor Bell however the poster looks pretty genuine, if you would like to see the poster head over to FutureShop.
Bell recently began an “in-store, online and magazine ad campaign” so it does seem that this poster is genuine however until this is 100 percent confirmed I wouldn’t rush in to pre-ordering your handset. Read more
