The R’n'B sensation took the top spot in the list compiled by website forbes.com after shooting to fame with his worldwide hit ‘Crank That’ which started a dance craze across the US.

The official ‘Crank That’ video racked up tens of millions of hits on video sharing website YouTube, while Soulja Boy’s instructional dance video was viewed over 30 million times.
