Jim Carrey And Jason Reitman Team Up For Pierre Pierre

Jason Reitman, the Oscar-nominated director of Juno, has chosen his next project and I couldn’t be more excited! Reitman is set to team up with Jim Carrey to make Pierre Pierre!

The film, written by Edwin Cannistraci and Frederick Seton, is a politically incorrect story of a French nihilist who takes a stolen painting from Paris to London. Does this mean Carrey will be doing a comedy French accent? Maybe that’s the politically incorrect part?

The budget for the entire film is only $13 million - not even enough to pay Jim Carrey’s wages! This means the pair are doing it for the love, not money so maybe, just maybe, this could turn out to be something very interesting indeed!
