Nintendo DSi LL: Dimensions

Earlier today we confirmed the speculation regarding a new 4 inch model of Nintendo’s popular DSi handheld console, the handheld is being dubbed the Nintendo DSi LL.

We have already spoken about pricing and hardware specifications for the handheld, however we have not really spoken about the impact the 4 inch display has has on the physical design of the DSi LL.

According to a recent Cnet article it seems as if the handheld has had to be almost completely re-designed around the display, the physical dimensions of the device are (when closed), 161mm wide, 91.4mm height and a 21.2mm depth.

To get a good impression of the size difference check out the pictures on Cnet.
