The scheme which was introduced to improve viewings and sales allows for customers to purchase a new car from General Motors and for up to 60 days after purchase you are able to return it back to the dealer and have it purchased back at full price. The auto industry had expected sales to fall dramatically, but that fall to their surprise did not happen. The Chevrolet Volt should be out in November 2010 and has an estimated fuel economy of 230 mpg (obviously depending on circumstances), or 25 kilowatt hours per 100 miles. Read more
