Nintendo Wii Zelda: ‘Gorgeous graphics’ promised by Miyamoto

Nintendo recently held their financial briefing and during the Q&A section, the legend that is Shigeru Miyamoto revealed that the upcoming Zelda title for the Nintendo Wii will feature ‘gorgeous graphics’.

As reported from NintendoEverything, the new game is not expected for some time (it hasn’t even been given a title yet), but Miyamoto’s latest comments is sure to excite fans of the Zelda series - especially those who are thirsty for more after the successes of Twilight Princess.

Back to Miyamoto’s comments though, as he revealed that the team are ‘preparing gorgeous graphics for the sake of users’ anticipation for a grand role-playing adventure.’

He continued: ”We have assembled one of the most creative team for the recent Zelda for DS, and we want to be as creative as possible for upcoming Wii Zelda.”

According to an article on AppleInsider it seems that Palm have now taken another ex Apple employee. This latest addition to the Palm team is Jeff Zwerner, he is Palm’s new senior president, however previously has had two spells at Apple. He was Apple’s senior art director from 1995-1196 and was their company’s creative director for packaging from 2001 to 2003. Read more

Yesterday, Ben Charny at the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) website reported that next year Apple would indeed be attending the Consumer Electronics Show for the first time, and the word soon spread throughout the web.
