It is no secret that the Sony PS3 is till outpacing the Xbox 360 in hardware sales, October sales taken from US NPD Group data show that Microsoft’s games console proved much better when it came to top ten software sales. Modern Warfare 2: iPhone users celebrate on launch

If your a gaming fan, its fair to say that this week is all about Modern Warfare 2, as fans all over the globe should now have obtained their copy and are preparing to kiss goodbye to a good deal of your social life along with it.
At the official launch in New York Union Square, Modern Warfare 2 fans were treated to an extra surprise when it was revealed that Coveroo were offering a free engraving service for your mobile phones in celebration of the launch.
Pocket-Lint reports that gamers were able to choose from around seven logos to stick on their back of their iPhones, HTC and T-Mobile phones.
Of course, the Modern Warfare 2 soldier logo was the standout favorite, so head to Pocket-Lint to see a close up image of what the result looked like.

Modern Warfare 2: DLC coming next year, but where is Map Pack 4?

While there will be a lot of you who have picked up on the news that the first DLC package for Modern Warfare 2 will be released sometime in Spring 2010 on the Xbox 360, there is surely a good number of you who are wondering what the situation is regarding Map Pack 4 for Call of Duty: World at War.
Back in August, we wrote this article, which speculated on continued rumors that Map Pack 4 was indeed approaching at the end of last month, but it was never to be.
We received a lot of feedback from zombie lovers all around the world, who were also expecting the next zombie map pack to arrive, but it didn’t happen.
Of course, more rumors are flying around still - does the term ‘Von Der Reich’ sound familiar to any of you? We won’t be getting too carried away this time until Treyarch announce something, but its always ‘fun’ to piece together the ‘hints’ we have heard already.
