Yanni Voices By Yanni Reviews

I’ll be the first to admit, I know very little about Yanni. But, when I listened to this CD, I was mesmerized. The beautiful music, the vocals, everything flowed together perfectly. Now I need to find more of Yanni’s music, because if it is anything like this, I’m hooked! I enjoyed every moment of the CD and the DVD, and am very pleased overall.

The CD. “Yanni Voices”, has four talented young singers: Leslie Mills, Chloe, Ender Thomas, and Nathan Pacheco. They are awesome and their voices are clear and pure. They make perfect complement to Yanni’s distinctive instrumentals. The music was very calming & relaxing and had plenty of upbeat moments. The DVD was fun to watch and complimented the CD by giving the background story. My favorite singer on this recording is Nathan Pacheco. A couple of my favorite songs are, “Kill Me With Your Love” by Chloe and “The keeper” by Leslie Mills. This is a nice relaxing combination of vocals and instrumentals that I recommend whole heartily.

I’ve always been a fan of Yanni and so when the new “voices” album came out, I was thrilled to be able to go out and get a copy! Each one of the vocalists have such a unique voice and each song creates a different feel. One of my favorites on the album is “Moments Without Time” because I remember that melody so vividly years ago and now to hear it again in a different way is still such a joy to listen to. I would definitely recommend this to someone who is new to Yanni…you may just surprise yourself. And for those of us who have always enjoyed his music, then you’re in for a real treat.
