Absolutely the WORST printer I’ve ever owned or used. Used (5) black cartridges and (2) color cartridges to print 300 pages total. Never even tried to print a photo. Printing screws up after 7 pages and you waste time and ink cleaning print heads 2 or 3 times… everytime. Might serve as a boat anchor if it was not so light. Service was the worst with autoresponders emailing me with unrelated answers. Don’t waste your money!

I would not recommend this printer for anyone!!!! The price of the ink is no good reason to buy this poorly made printer. I have had nothing but problems with it since the day I bought it which is approximately one month. If it is not used for 2 or 3 days, you must clean the printhead and do a nozzle check. It is a really bad buy for anyone, including me. The colors are horrible and blurred when printing on paper. I have not done photos, but think I won’t since I don’t want to waste anymore ink or time. Sorry Kodak. Get an HP or Lexmark regardless of the price of ink if you want quality and performance.

I have tried and tried to scan a document into a microsoft word file, so I could change it. It seems the only thing it
wants to scan is pictures. Need help in figuring out this
thing works or does not work. And the All-In-One Printer
designation is deceiving, I was surprised when I tried to FAX
and found that was not an option. Please get in touch with
me and tell me what I am doing wrong.

Without a doubt, this is the poorest quality printer I’ve ever used - at home or at work. We fell for the hype about Kodak’s new ink, but the constant hassles with clogged nozzles and uneven printing (just to name a couple) far outweigh any advantages the low cost ink might provide. It’ll be a loooong time before I purchase another Kodak product after this.

I bought a Kodak ESP5 and spent most of three days trying to install it. Contact with the agents in Johannesburg gave me a huge list of things to do but I couldn’t print them, of course, so I had to write it all out. The instructions were for uninstalling the software and reinstalling it. Every time I tried to install, the software would not proceed beyond WE ARE INSTALLINMG DRIVERS. At length someone at the other end asked me how much RAM I had. Being an elderly computer it wasn’t enough. So, before buying, one should check on how much free space you have. Otherwise there are annoying problems

I bought the Kodak all in one printer and liked it at first. The first few pictures I printed were very good. Now I have a hard time printing a text document with out it messing up. And pictures are really bad. I was able to scan pictures and document at first but now it will not scan anything. I have even tried to load new drivers and that has not helped. I have tried to order a new print head to see if that would help but have had no luck in finding somewhere to order one. Even through Kodak you do not seem to be able to order one. At this point I do not recomend this printer to anyone.

Wife purchased printer for me to print pictures. Out of the box started having paper jams and managed to print 3 pictures. Not great. Contacted Kodak and a new reconditioned one was sent . Out of the box got pink pictures, then no pictures. started paper jams again, wont even copy. Sad part is that the only contact you have is a person that does not speak understandable english. No customer complaint center. Do I want a replacement. No! would not take another one in anticipation of the problems that I anticipate would occur. Will eat the cost and purchase another “reputable model”.

Fantastic printer super easy set up and clean clear fast printing. By far best printer on the market I have ever owned. Cartridges are inexpensive to replace and won’t cost you and arm and a leg. Don’t believe these bad reviews others have left on here. I followed the manual setup instructions to the letter and nothing. But great performance from product,tm My guess is these other reviewers did not read or follow the manual
and thus had bogus problems.

Would not recommend this printer.Ink cartridges are cheap but you get very few pages and pages start to blur even when cartridge indicates there is still 20 percent ink left.If you do a lot of printing you will spend a fortune for ink.
