Error Message on my MVBD2511 Blu-ray

OK! I have an issue with the latest firmware update? I downloaded the software and updated. The blu-ray played “Wolverine” but when we rented G.I. Joe and the Hunting in Conneticut we get an error message. Can’t read disk, exit…………what the heck? Can someone please help?
