Verizon Tour

I purchased a Blackberry Tour from Best Buy with Verizon as the carrier in August 2009. The ringer never went above 3 and in September Verizon sent me a new phone. The problem persists as of November 6, 2009. The caller hears two rings then I hear two rings then goes to voice mail.

When I call for support, the Verizon people are always polite. They must get some great training, but no one has been able to fix the problem. I am fed up with excuses. I want out of this contract without penalty. When I bought the phone I purchased a bunch of accessories. I will absorb the cost of those accessories. I just want out so that I can get something that will work in my business setting.
