I can’t seem to download the firmware of n97.. currently its 11.0v but tried downloading the update OTA and with NSU. Living in canada.. does that affect anything?

iam mary from srilanka. i want to ur help. iam used n97 phone. yesterday i download yahoo mobile soft ware from mobango web site. after that my phone automatically restart. then after “phone start up failed contact the retailer” this message only i show. but my phone is not open. what can i do. i want ur help. pls
