HUE HD Webcam Doesn’t Work - WHY?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times but the problem is still the same…
Both lights show up (on the base and underneath the lens) however the damn thing won’t work…
When I go to AMCAP it freezes the screen for a while then says: ‘The Graph cannot preview!’
When I go to Skype and try a video chat it freezes and although the light under the lens turns blue no image comes up.
When I go to Skype and try to start an AUDIO CALL (without video) the Skype dial tone rings a bit and then just keeps beeping/stuttering…
Next to no product support from the company…
What do I do?
Any help or suggestion will be graciously appreciated.

Have you tried emailing the company? Sounds like a hardware fault or something wrong with the computer but it’s difficult to diagnose with so many variables. I’d get the makers involved, some people here have reported success contacting them in the past.
