Xbox 360 Elite Very Noisy

I bought the Xbox 360 Elite and to start with it was fine but quite often now, its quite a pain. The system is nice and quiet to start with but then i put a disc in does not matter which one and quite often now it makes a laboured noise and this is quite noisy and i am at the point where I do not go on it as the noise is too annoying any solutions?

the 360’s hve always been noisy, but then, my launch PS3 is almost as noisy, so dont get why people laugh at the 360 and inflate their PS3 fanboy ego’s.
Anyways, best thing to do is install the game onto the hard drive. You still need to load the disk to play, but it doesn’t spin and so no loud hum. It’s alos quicker to load too. Win Win.
