Wizard of Oz blu-ray out-of-sync

My Wizard of Oz (Limited Collector’s Edition) blu-ray was out of sync for the first 10 min. (the opening black & white sequence). I exchanged it for a 2nd copy which was an improvement - only out of sync for the first 5 min. (My Sony tech is convinced it’s the disc encryption or digitalization process as I’ve not this issue with any other disc.) I am now exchanging with WB, and wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
