Memorex Blu-Ray Disc Player not playing movies

Please help…memorex tech support is closed…I bought two new blue-ray movies and they won’t play…I have two old ones that play fine. The dvd starts to make noise like it’s trying to read, and then it says loading and stays on a black screen…that’s as far as it lets the movies get. Someone please help.
