Playstation 3: Folders gone after update

Something happened this morning after I got off the browser. A blue screen with writing came up and I turned off the ps3 from the back. After I turned it back on it made me enter the date and time and such. Now the user names have a astrix beside them and when I go into a game it doesn’t load my trophy’s or saves. I bought call of duty maps and now there gone. All the data is in the folders it just says when you go to load, that the game file is saved under another profile. Can any1 help
