ZONE 40 Wireless Console: Frozen Remotes

Hello,

I just bought my niece the zone 40 and we cannot figure out how to make it work. The remotes are frozen and will not let us move on to the next page. can you please, step by step, explain what we need to do? The directions are not that easy to follow. I really need help!!!!! Thank you….I HOPE!

    Did you put batteries into the console AND the remotes (it requires batteries in EVERY DEVICE).

    Hi just bought the same package it played for about 10 mins now will not operate the sensors or somthing else is frozen or jammed
