Call of Duty World at War: Disconnected from Xbox Live

Well i put my Call of Duty World at War into my Xbox and it reads the disc and whilst its loading it says in the top right corner disconnected from Xbox Live then i get a update option for the game, there is no scratches on the disc and its saved to my harddrive what can i do ? thanks

    What do you mean what can you do?? You need to run the update for the game. Then all will be golden.
