PS3 40 Gb: Can’t play online

I recently updated the firmware 3.00 and 3.01 in my ps3 and the system have serious problems with online games, i can’t download games updates and i can’t play online. I have 5 games that i play online and can’t play anyone, please do something for your customers, that is unpresentable and
and a lack of respect for their customers.
