COD5 map packs

I have downloaded and installed, in a USA account, and the three map packs, and yes, the game shows that I have no got the map pack…
But i am not from USA..and i have no complete COD5 missions in that account.. the map packs should be play in all accounts..right?

it SHOULD be on all accounts…..did you download this map pack ages after it was out?
