Daewoo Nubira 2.0 CDX won’t start

We have recently bought a new car battery, but experiencing major problems with our car not starting. Daewoo Nubira 2.0 CDX, 1998 model. The car will start now and 5 minutes later refuse to start. Could it be the alternator or starter? (not sure if the car has a coil)

    Have any other owners experienced premature rear brake calliper failure on a 2003 Daewoo Nubira at 34K-37K miles ?
