Phillips flat screen LED, red blinking light problem

When i turn the power on to my Phillips flat screen tv set a green light comes on, but after a few seconds it turns to a red blinking light. Any idea how to fix, or know some onne who does.

    WHY??? IT’S HAPPENING WITH OUR TV TOO! At another question, it said that like a chip is burnt or something, but I=the rest of that comment was sarcastic, so I’m not sure.
