My boys got this chopper for Christmas. But we can’t get it to lift off the ground. It hovers an inch or so off the ground and spins in circles. If we toss it in the air, it hovers on it’s way down and lands pretty hard.
How do we control the chopper and get it to perform?

Sounds like a low battery charge. That’s what ours does after the charge has worn down a bit. Did you charge the full time (green light goes out after full charge). Batteries good in the controller? Spinning is controlled with the trim buttons, but not so good until it gets off the ground.

I have the same helicopter (I’m 10) but i had low batteries the 1st time and the light came on the 1st time then i could tell it got low so i plugged it back in and it didnt work the next night i put new batteries in it still didnt work…( the green light prob) how would i fix it?
Same person here… my helicopter did take a few hits then when i wanted to charge it wouldnt turn off.
