GTA IV problems, textures disappearing

I know that a patch is coming for the PC version of GTA IV, but these problems are getting to me.

The textures start disappearing after around 15 minutes of driving around. Need a fix.

    Re-enabled the Superfetch service in Windows, this is helping many gamers.
