COD 5 WaW local server options

Should COD 5 WaW have the option to choose from local servers, or block 2 bar and below connections? Warhawk does, it makes the game run a lot more smoothly, no lag etc.

Woop, it was approved.
All games that feature any type of online multiplayer game should have the option for Local Servers and the ability to see the ping rate to the server (as well as other users).
Some these features are in Warhawk. It’s great. This way you can choose a server and have no lag what so ever.
Just wondering why the poll shows only 11 votes but there have been 18?
Um…CoDWW DOES have an option to search for local servers only.
Just hit X from the Xbox live menu and select “Locale Only”.
Do you people really not know about this?
You can select up to 2 options in this poll, the bottom figure shows “Total Voters”. So at time of writing that’s 29 voters but more votes as some voted more than one option.

Okay… but PS3 doesn’t have the option for local servers.
IS tehre local search on the PC version?
as my xbox is broken…and im thinking of getting CoD WaW on PC?

PS3 needs the filter, 1 bar connections to th States suck.
really, the smart thing to do would be to of course block the 2 bar or lower connections because cod sucks only in one way, it lags too often and frankly i pissis the crap out of me. evn in 4 i hated the connections and the worst part is that if the host left the game was over… its not even likr the host did anything
I have been having problems with COD4 & 5 and will not be buying 6 until this is sorted!!
I can get on line and get into a match but my connection is 1 orange bar, Im playing about 4 seconds behind play!
Its so bad that I am so far behind that I can get shot when I have not even seen the person shooting me!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been in touch with the ISP and the game software peps and have got no where.
Im with AOL on a 8mb speed but as soon as 45000 peps get online my connection goes down to 1 orange bar.
I have changed my router to a belkin N1.1 and opened the ports as told by Activision and sorted the DMZ ports none of this works, if anyone can help please let me know
