Update October 19: Blizzard has released a stealth Overwatch 1.11 update but unfortunately it seems like the exact Overwatch 1.11 patch notes on PS4 are a complete mystery – skip to the bottom of the article for details.
Original article: Overwatch is the new fun shooter game from Blizzard that everyone is playing right now on PS4, Xbox One and PC. As expected, there has been a huge day one update but now we want to know your most requested feature for the next Overwatch update, which should be the Overwatch 1.11 update on PS4 and Xbox One.
Previous versions: Overwatch version 1.10 went live on October 11 in Europe and US, adding Halloween gift boxes to the game and lots of new skins.
What do you want to see changed or added for Overwatch patch 1.11? Unfortunately Blizzard has not set up a standalone website for users to check patch notes when live, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated here – they usually appear on the forums such as the link above but not instantly when patches drop.
With over millions of players from the beta, the game has already fulfilled its potential to be one of the best games of 2016 especially with Blizzard updating frequently with support.
We’ll update this page when we have official news of the next Overwatch update. In the meantime, give us your experience of the game so far below and how you would improve it moving forward by participating in our Overwatch discussion section below.
Update: So far, all we know is that the Overwatch 1.11 changelog includes ‘bug fixes’ and that it is 75MB in size. Some of you may have seen a 12GB install, so if you do we suggest you restart your console and try the update again for it to reduce automatically.
Some are also speculating that the November 1 could be Sombra’s release date on console. Until Blizzard share details, we don’t have much to go on. Given the silence regarding 1.11, we guess that the bug fixes are too minor to mention.
Have any of you spotted anything personally after installing the new Overwatch update today?
