The world of gaming desktop PC’s is a very competitive one however; it seems as if Dell has got a great hold on the market with their Dell XPS 630. The reason for this is that it makes gaming affordable on a PC, and with that in mind Dell will be able to push a lot of these units out.
The Dell XPS 630 forms part of their mid-range gaming desktops, dell have borrowed a few features that we are used to seeing on the more expensive XPS 720 however, it is all been squeezed into a smaller case. So what makes this smaller desktop so great for gamers, well firstly Dell have installed a Intel quad-core CPU as well as 2GB of RAM, if you would like more, then you could upgrade up to 4GB.

As with all gaming desktops you will need a lot of storage space, and the 500GB hard drive will be more than enough to store all your games on. Ok so now on to the all important GPU, well Dell has decided to use the NVIDIA GeForce 8800 Graphics Card with 512 MB.
As we mentioned the Dell XPS 630 is an affordable gaming desktop PC, with prices starting at just $1,319. However, if you wish to add a little more to it to make it just a little more powerful then as you know, that is what Dell does best.
