Bad experience with 9.10
out of nowhere stopped recognising the wireless
I’m on a new Dell Inspiron 1450
Did a clean install, then went back to 9.04 - the machine still didn’t recognise the wireless — ethernet connection is fine

I hardly doubt anyone that got banned bought a new Xbox 360 console or that any accepted getting ban that pure bullshit the only true might that they switch to PS3. Also you can un-ban consoles they are method. I play Xbox 360 flashed never been ban.

I modded my console after microsoft refused to fix my RROD…they were charging me $120 because they can’t design a system. I swore off buying any more 360 products since that day. I’m banned and that’s fine fight fire with fire, whatever. But banning off of xbox live shouldn’t include crippling your save data and not letting you play installed game discs anymore. I think many people will agree that microsoft is crossing the line in doing that. They’re fine banning us from live though — whatever, really.

Ran the update, and my ps3 is stuck in installation. Will make it to 69% then freezes and gives me an error message. WIll not boot into safe mode. Downloaded the update on my computer and put it on a flash drive and that doesn’t work. But everytime i turn it on it tryes to install it, and getts stuck. PLEASE HELP, it is out of warranty and sony wants 150 to fix there mess. Anyone know a fix.

Every “PERK” is a good “PERK”. The only time a perk is bad is if someone used that “PERK” ineffectivley. IF you are to play standard team deathmatch which is full of noobs who have not yet unlocked cold blooded and ninja then I would use a heartbeat sensor, however, I play only hardcore so the need for that would be a waste. Most people use Cold Blooded Pro and Ninja Pro. Heart beat sensor is not an effective perk.

Every “PERK” is a good perk if utilized for the proper conditions. Anyone who has played, prestiged and gone all the way in any of the COD games would know that.

Me on the other hand - I do it all, I camp, I run and gun and sometimes I do both pending the map and the type of people that is on my team and who my opponents are. IF you don’t factor any of these variables into your decision before setting up your loadout, then you are a fool.

I run 2 main load outs:
1. 50 cal barrett with silencer and FMJ
rp2000 with silencer and FMJ
Bling Pro / Cold Blooded Pro / Ninja Pro
Claymore / 2 stun
K-streak - care package / emergency drop / AC 130
D-streak - final stand
( emergency drop is 4 packages for me “AND” my TEAM.

2. M16 with everything you see above.

3. RIOT SHIELD for those pesky people who think there #1 in a match

So before you become the MW2 “GOD” who knows everything. backup what you say with something more intelligent than your little blurb of -

“You probably wouldnt know. I`ll assume you run around hip-firing the hole game and are completely ignorant to your radar.”

World at War owns Mw2. the guns the maps like asylum,dome,cliffside, hangar. u can actually quick scope in WORLD at war plus U got NAZI ZOMBIES WICH OWNS MW2 Completley the gameplay is better for w@w plus everythings better so yeh..

Does anyone actually know the date that it will be released. All this waiting is taking the hype away. I want to order one but what is the point if we have to wait like another month.

Nokia need to fix up now especially because people are spending £500 on the phone. Probably be released next year December the rate their going.

i mod, and i escaped the wave. but i still think it was smart on M$’s part because they took a lot of different aspects of the whole situation into account. first; They did it right before the holidays so the traffic from gamers (eager to play mw2) buying new consoles, will boost their figures. Second, They banned consoles not accounts so gamers who had accounts would buy new consoles so they could continue use of it. Where as if the account were banned the gamer may quit Xbox all together. And Third, M$ waited till the traffic of halo odst and mw2 to go it, getting the most piraters they could. although the wave upsets me (and kinda scared me) they did a good job.

There is nothing false about the Verizon ads. AT&T 3G coverage sucks.
I do find the AT&T ad misleading. They claim to have the ‘fastest’ 3G network. However, side-by-side phone comparisons often show Verizon is faster. How do they substantiate their claim?

It seems really strange to me that so many people get excited about a free OS, when there aready is one. I switched over to Ubuntu on all of my home computers (5 at last count) over 2 year ago. Every six months there is a major ugrade and minor updates come through every week or so. I have all the regular applications I need, Open Office, Gimp Image editor, Inkscape vector graphics editor, as well as an easy to use graphical interface. As well, there are very few drivers that you have to load, they pretty much load on their own. I have my computers networked, along with a Dell 1320C color printer (using a linux driver) and I do just about everything except Solidworks in the Ubuntu world. For that I have Windows setup on a dual boot machine, but I don’t use it much. I don’t need virus software or spyware software, all of my multicore processors actually get used and I really don’t have any problems.

One of the coolest things about Ubuntu is that you can boot from a CD. That makes it just about the best disk utility software you can get. It’s a snap to resize or copy partions and if you have ever had one of those virus .dlls that Windows can’t remove, Ubuntu will knock it dead in a second. Of course, Windows can’t read the Ubuntu file format, but Ubuntu has no problem with Windows discs or Network shares. It can even be installed on a MAC.

From what I have read Chrome OS will be a new flavour of Linux, so just about everything that’s available for Ubuntu will run on it as well.

Maybe this new OS will finally make people aware of Linux and the power it has compared to other operating systems. When people find out how much better there machine runs on it, I suspect that there will be some permanent converts.

The sheer number of gamers the Wii has brought into the market and how many units they sold when the system was released and is still selling should make Sony and Microsoft quake in their pink-polka-dotted-pajamas. Nintendo started the gaming industry and it continues to push boundaries.

The upgrade took about 30 minutes via the Desktop Manager 5.0.1. I have noticed an increase in speed and how it reacts. I have also noticed that it has halfway solved the problem with the backlight going off in the first 5 seconds as well as the trackball hasn’t stuck on me yet. I did this yesterday (11/19/2009).

I truly believe that, if it is proven in a court of law, that your advertisements are truly misleading and false that your business license should be revoked with no regard to the reprocussions.

That having been said, AT&T -> truth hurts. I have been with AT&T since the days of Cingular. The second the Cingular logo disappeard so, too, did their Quality of service.

As soon as my contract is up, so too is my stint with crappy service.

Well I’ll have to agree with the one u first stated.
M16 with bling holgraphic site and silencer

Stopping power slight of hand but I switch the perks alot depending on situations and levels.

I also dominate with the riot shield and the blast shield together with no guns just the stinger!!! Untouchable with marathon and light wieght and an awesome way to level up buy taking everyones damage xp every time your shot and stuff.

I have just won the ‘pro’ on the rape perk, it replaces your flash bang with Rohypnol tablets
