World of Warcraft WoW Servers Down

With World of Warcraft (WoW) being so popular it’s not surprising that everyone goes crazy when they cannot play due to servers being down, and this is just what happened in the last 12 hours.
The WoW servers were down for hours and after a few sites contacting Blizzard asking for more information about the issues, they were informed that it was due to “an overly-extended maintenance period”.
By 11:50pm EST realms had started to come back up, you can view a list of all available World of Warcraft Realms as well as the status of each here. It looks like Blizzard may need to keep the gamers better informed in the future.

Apple say iPod gaming beats Nintendo DS or Sony PSP

Gears of War 2 Errors Published by Epic

Left 4 Dead demo PC and Xbox 360: release date today

Last week we reported that the demo for Left 4 Dead was made available for those who ordered their games from GameStop and EB Games for the Xbox 360 and the PC. Today, November 11, the game has now been made available to all Xbox 360 and PC users.
This co-op zombie shooter is the single player demo; the multiplayer demo will be available from November 18. The Europe release of Left 4 dead is on November 21, so you still a good few days of practicing before that big launch day.
For those of you who have already had almost a week with the demo please let our readers know what your thoughts are? Let us know if the game is missing anything, or if the developers have done a great job.
