Polaroid PoGo Printer: Inkless Zink printer hits UK May 08

This is the Polaroid PoGo (aka Polaroid to Go), which is an inkless mobile printer that was named Zink; it will be coming to the UK in May 2008 and will cost £99. This inkless mobile printer has apparently been in development for more than 10 years and will print out 2×3 inch colour photos direct from your mobile phone via Bluetooth.

You will also be able to print from a digital camera via PictBridge; this can all be done without the need for a computer. Although you will need no ink, you will need the expensive Polaroid specially designed paper that costs £3 for 10 sheets. The batteries will only last 15 prints before needing a recharge.
