Social media has come a long way in such a short amount of time, and while some of you were late to jump on the Facebook bandwagon, individuals and companies now understand just how important of a tool it is to help self-promote. However, there is always one thing that you need to know, and that is when is the Best time to post on Facebook?

The answer is not a simple one because it depends on various factors, and so the first thing that you will need to do is use the very useful tool that is Facebook Insights. If there was a way to help improve your Facebook marketing, then this would be the way to do it, because without it you are very much going in blind. To make life even easier for those of you using this tool, Facebook have introduced some new updates, which not only brings new features, but also makes some key fixes as well.

While there is no perfect answer because it all depends who you are aiming for, along with when your fans will actually be online. It is for this very reason why using Insights within Facebook is such a key tool to use. If you are running a business, then all you need to do is head to the dropdown box on the right of your Facebook page.

When to post on Facebook

Within Insights it actually tells you when your fans are online, and so you will be able to see when your fans see your posts, which day of the week, and also the average number of people that saw it. By studying that data, only then will you truly get a sense of the best time to post things on Facebook.

It’s worth noting that you cannot always rely on these graphs though, because you don’t always want to go by the peak times, but rather where the balance is of how long and when your audience is actually online. Only then will you be able to find that sweet spot.
