Nintendo Switch Online price Vs Xbox Live, PS Plus

Nintendo has upped the stakes in a big way, with the Nintendo Switch Online platform. The company has just announced how much Nintendo Switch Online will cost and as a result we now know what service you will get Vs the likes of PS Plus and Xbox Live.

Cutting to the chase straight away, we can confirm that Nintendo Switch Online is going to be significantly cheaper than similar services by Sony and Microsoft.

Nintendo has announced the pricing and it is as follows:

The main thing to take away here, is that $20 gets you one year of access to Nintendo Switch Online, while the same period for PS Plus and Xbox Live costs $59.99.

However, Nintendo won’t be offering two free games a month on their service. Instead, subscribers will gain access to the ‘Classic Game Selection’ service which will offer unlimited play of certain classic downloads which have added online play – one of the examples used by Nintendo was Super Mario Bros 3!
