Kitvision Edge HD10 action camera review warning with casing

By Peter Chubb - Nov 23, 2016

While we have given you advice about some of the more popular TVs that you should consider during this busy period, although we have not really given much thought for those of you looking to buy a new action camera. We are truly sorry for this and have now tried to rectify this.

We have already offered details on the GoPro Hero+ with Touch LCD screen, which has been given rave reviews, although what happens if your budget cannot stretch to that much? Well, the Kitvision Edge HD10 action camera is another option, and well worth your consideration.

It’s strange how you cannot get this model direct on the Kitvision website, but do not worry, as there are plenty of retailers that stock this camera, with Sainsbury’s being one of them. Do not worry about the product page not showing any stock at the moment, as we can tell you that stores will have them in stock later this week, and instead of paying £150, the price will be reduced to just £70.

As for its specs, you get Full 1080p HD, a 170 degree wide angle degree lens, along with a waterproof case with up to 100m depth. However, to get a better understanding, you are far better to read a Kitvision Edge HD10 action camera review.

For this you might want to go to Amazon, where there are around 60 customer reviews in all, 41 of which are very positive, although 19 are critical. Some of the negative reviews are due to the waterproof case leaking. This is very worrying if true, although we can tell you that our review unit of the HD5 case has cracked, and you are unable to purchase a replacement. Thankfully, calling Kitvision did the trick, and they were kind enough to send us a free replacement.

So, if your case is leaking, we would advise getting in touch with Kitvision right away, as their customer support is very helpful.
