Apple has just recently announced the latest version of the Apple Watch OS, and that is watchOS 3. They have outlined 4 of its key features, and those are keep favorite apps in memory, background updates, refreshed information and instant launch.

There is also something interesting as well, and that is the ability to swipe up on the home screen in able to reach the Control Center, so just like iOS in that way. Smart replies below messages will now be available, which means less tapping. There is also a new way to respond to messages with a feature called Scribble, which basically converts onscreen swipes of your finger into text.

If you like the Mickey watch face, then you are going to really love the Minnie face – perfect if you feel Mickey is a bit too manly for you. Not only that, you also have several color skirt options for her as well.

Another new feature that you might find of interest is the more prominent quick-start button for workouts, which is just a another example that cuts down the time in getting to certain functions.

watchOS 3 is now out for developer, and will release later this fall for the public.

One other feature that we feel needs to be pointed out is SOS, as the user will be able to contact emergency officials quickly, so if you hold down the side button a countdown will appear in which once it reaches a certain point it will automatically call those services.

There is far more to talk about, and so we will upload the watchOS 3 video once it becomes available.
