We are almost ready for the highly anticipated Clash Royale May 18 update release time, with Supercell confirming that it is going to be launching on Wednesday.
Now we can give you a last minute heads-up in case you still don’t know the new changes that will be coming in the new Clash Royale update.
It is going to be a major balance patch rather than adding new functionality, which most of you agree is still equally as important in making the game smoother as we continue through the year.
Without further ado, here is what Supercell will be changing with the Clash Royale May 18 patch notes:
Royal Giant: Damage decreased by 4%
Freeze: Duration decreased by 1sec
Furnace: Elixir cost decreased to 4 (from 5), hitpoints decreased by 14% and lifetime decreased to 40sec (from 50sec)
Fire Spirits: Area Damage radius increased by 25%
Guards: Hitpoints and damage increased by 8%
Miner: Hitpoints increased by 6%
Lava Hound: Hitpoints increased by 3%
Lava Pups: Hitpoints increased by 9%
Elixir Collector: Hitpoints decreased by 9%
Knight: Hitpoints increased by 10%
Bomber: Damage increased by 10%
Cannon: Hitpoints decreased by 5%
Tesla: Hitpoints increased by 5%
Golem & Golemite: Hitpoints increased by 5%
Witch: Damage increased by 10%
Skeletons (affects Tombstone, Skeleton Army, Witch, Skeletons): Hitpoints and damage increased by 5%
Tombstone: Hitpoints increased by 10%
Card Upgrade XP: Fixed for Epic and Legendary Cards
Supercell hasn’t said when the update will be going live, but typically updates tend to happen morning European time, so we would say that 9am-11am UK is a perfect time to start looking for the balance update going live.
