While you can already buy the Lifeproof FRĒ Power case for the iPhone 6s, the Plus version had yet to be released. However, things are set to change because the casemaker has announced that it is coming.

The iPhone 6 Plus and 6s Plus Lifeproof FRĒ Power case release date is still not known, but its announcement has already reignited discussions about this very topic.

LifeProof only says for now that this new Power case is coming soon, although we suspect it will not be too long away.

The FRĒ Power case brings all the waterproof protection of the normal Fre model, and then adds in that extra boost of battery storage.

With this case you will have the peace of mind knowing that you will be able to submerge your phone in up to 2 meters of water for up to an hour. We know you will not keep your iPhone 6s Plus in the water that long, but it’s good to know.

If you work in a dusty environment, then you can rest easy because this case will also protect your handset from dirt, dust and snow, along with accidental drops from up to 6.6 feet.

As for the built-in battery, this has a capacity of 3,200mAh and will be able to charge your iPhone 6s Plus battery completely. We know that its price will be $149.99, but as yet, no release date is set.
