Well, the Star Wars: Force Awakens premiere has already taken place, yet there is a media embargo, and so they have to wait until Wednesday before any reviews of the movie can be published. However, with J.J. Abrams at the helm, there is no fear that Episode VII will be anything like episodes I, II and III.
The world seems to have gone crazy about everything to do with this new movie, such as downloading the official Star Wars app for a countdown to the release of the movie, to adding a lightsaber to your Facebook profile picture.
How to add a lightsaber to change your Facebook profile picture is a question being asked a lot since the official Star Wars Facebook page made the announcement that this feature was possible. We can already see on the page at just how many people have tried it.
It’s very simple to do really, because all you need to do is go to this Facebook page and click the Try it button. You then have a choice on whether to choose the Jedi or Dark Side theme for your lightsaber, and then select how long before it automatically switches back to your normal profile picture. The choices are never, 1 week, 1 day and 1 hour.
This is not the first time such a feature has been allowed on Facebook, the most recent one was when people were changing their profile pictures to show their support for the terrible Paris attacks last month.
