Black Ops 3 Zombies Easter Egg for Lil Arnie upgrade

By Alan Ng - Nov 26, 2015

How are you getting on with the main easter egg inside Black Ops 3 Zombies on the Shadows of Evil map? We have a quick heads-up to tell you that there is a second secret easter egg in Shadows of Evil Zombies involving Lil Arnie.

This is the new and improved version of the Monkey Bomb, with Lil Arnie being the Alien grenade that was leaked prior to release.

Now we can confirm that you can upgrade Lil Arnie in Black Ops 3 Zombies and now we show you how to get the upgraded version of Lil Arnie which turns into a one hit kill and also has more health and lasts longer with each bottle thrown.

The first step is to get 100 kills with Lil Arnie – to check how many kills you have accumulated, simply pull up your scoreboard and keep track until you reach 100.

After that, you then need to use Lil Arnie to find the locations of three items that are hidden within the map – these are a top hat, bow tie and a staff.

The Top Hat is located in the library area, the Bow tie is in the boxing area on a shelf and the staff is leaning against a sofa in the ruby rabbit lounge area.

You need to throw Lil Arnie close enough to these items so that he grabs them and once you have all three you are ready for the final step.

After this, you need to go to main femme fatale stage, throw one more Lil Arnie onto the stage and then you will witness a secret cutscene.

Once this ends, you will now have upgraded Lil Arnie and you’ll see that the color of Lil Arnie changes to purple instead of green.

It’s fantastic that Treyarch has thrown yet another surprise into Black Ops 3 Zombies and who knows what other secrets are still waiting to be found – especially with The Giant Zombies Easter Egg yet to be fully solved.
