2016 Mazda CX-9 price not yet disclosed

By Peter Chubb - Nov 19, 2015

If you were hoping to learn details of the 2016 Mazda CX-9 price at the LA Auto Show 2015 Press Day yesterday, then you will be sorely disappointed. This is because the Japanese carmaker only shared an insight into many of the second-generation CX-9 features rather than those other things.

This means that the specific 2016 Mazda CX-9 release date has yet to be exposed either. However, we would not let that worry you too much, as we cannot see Mazda making you wait too long, seeing as though this new model will be released in summer 2016.

It’s been many years in the making, as the original CX-9 was released back in 2006, and so there are many changes to this model thanks to huge technical advances within the car industry.

Back in 2006 the thought of delivering agile handling for such a vehicle of this size was unheard of. However, with 2016 looming, it comes as no surprise to us that the all-new CX-9 will be more responsive with its tight steering and a powertrain that is now far more controllable.

Mazda has incorporated a great deal of technology into the CX-9 to achieve this, such as SKYACTIV, full details of which can be found on the Mazda Press Page.

Other features that are detailed in the press release are CX-9 Values, Attention to Detail, Athletic Stance, Safety at the Forefront, The Heads-Up Cockpit and so much more.
