Volkswagen Beetle Dune price and order details revealed

By Peter Chubb - Nov 17, 2015

The start of the 2015 Los Angeles Auto Show is hours away now, as doors will finally open for the press, and we now know of another vehicle that will be showcased, and that is the new Volkswagen Beetle Dune.

Its design has been inspired by the Beetle Dune Buggy, as you can see in the images it has 18-inch wheels and a higher ride height than usual. We can tell you that the price will be from 23,625 euros for the Coupe model and the Cabriolet starts at 27,800 euros.

We are not yet certain about when the model will be available in the US, although we can tell you that you will be able to order the new VW Beetle Dune from Thursday, November 19 in Germany.

Volkswagen Beetle Dune order details

The upcoming Beetle Dune has been totally redesigned and just shouts out, “take me on an adventure”, and you will be eager to as well. We could go into detail about its new styling, but we think the images speak for themselves.

We can still remember the original Dune Buggy, as its interior was very dull, but practical. Volkswagen has included its latest infotainment system, although not on all variants in the range. Not only that, but there is also an option for a 400 watt high-end sound system.

More details will be shared later during the LA Auto Show, along with when the order books open on Thursday. So for now we ask that you visit the VW media page.
