Xbox One Backwards Compatibility List 2 with Black Ops

By Alan Ng - Nov 10, 2015

We know that some of you are disappointed with the first batch of Xbox One backwards compatibility games which were announced hours ago by Microsoft.

However we’re here to tell you that this is only the start. It appears that many of you have missed Microsoft’s additional statement where they confirmed that even more games are coming in December.

More importantly, we can confirm that Black Ops 1 Xbox One Backwards Compatibility is coming too along with Halo Reach and some other great titles.

So far we know that the Xbox One Backwards Compatibility List 2 will definitely include Black Ops, Bioshock, Bioshock 2, Bioshock Infinite, Halo Reach, Halo Wars and Skate 3.

Those are some fantastic games you have to say and while the likes of Red Dead Redemption and Skyrim are missing – you should be very optimistic that they will arrive at some point given the calibre above.

We think everyone will also be pleasantly surprised that Activision has allowed Black Ops 1 to be playable on Xbox One without any extra payment.

With this said and done, let us know your thoughts on the new list of games due out in December. What games are you still waiting to see added which didn’t make it into the first list?

  • It should be about the games

I came close to promising my kids that L4D2 would be one of the titles judging by the high number of people asking for it. I’m glad I didn’t. Also, where is Burnout Paradise? That’s been confirmed but is absent too. My wife wanted that one. Guess I’m just unlucky.

Relax it will come eventually. Jeez. Let the people do the work. Your kids and wife will survive I think.

You have a wife that plays xbox with you and consider yourself unlucky…. Glass half full aren’t you?

      • It should be about the games

Haha!! I guess I could be considered that by someone who isn’t married but any married men will know what happens when you break a promise to your wife

not to mention you have to share game time!
