Clash of Clans down for surprise Oct 1 maintenance

By Alan Ng - Oct 1, 2015

We have some surprise news to tell you about now, as Clash of Clans is down for maintenance on October 1. The surprising thing about it is that this is not a scheduled Clash of Clans maintenance break by Supercell.

There has been no heads-up on the Clash of Clans Twitter page, so we’re unsure as to what the problem is at the moment. We are also getting reports that Boom Beach is down today as well – meaning that Supercell’s servers may have been hit for all games.

You can keep an eye on the Clash of Clans page here and see for yourself that there has been no CoC maintenance break message for Oct 1.

Has something gone wrong with Supercell’s servers which the developers are currently trying to fix? We know some Boom Beach players have just been kicked out of their sessions too so we’ll try to bring you an update on this soon.
