FIFA 16 web app live with Points transfer clarity

By Alan Ng - Sep 16, 2015

We are pleased to report that the FIFA 16 Web App release time has gone live early! We were expecting the FIFA 16 Web app time to be available on September 17, but in fact it is available right now.

That means if you are a returning player on FIFA 15 and have already received your returning packs, you can head to the Web App right now and start opening FIFA 16 packs today.

One word of warning though, the FIFA 16 Web app is loading very slow at the moment and EA has already warned that the service is being rolled out gradually and won’t be at full capacity until September 17.

We can already see that thousands of you have been having fun opening your very first FIFA 16 packs via the Web App so we hope you are having some luck on that getting some rare players early.

Head to the Web App in the link above and get started on it now. Remember FIFA 16 doesn’t launch until September 22 so you have a great opportunity to create your dream team early before the FIFA 16 transfer market really gets up and running.

Also one important point to note: Many are asking do FIFA points transfer over to the FIFA 16 Web App? The answer to this is no, as you can only do a one-time transfer for your points over to console.

I was wondering if you can transfer FIFA points in the new web app, cheers for the update. Now they just need to improve the speed of their FIFA 16 web app, but then this is most likely due to demand today.
