FileHippo App Manager scans for July software updates

By Peter Chubb - Jul 3, 2015

FileHippo App Manager is the ideal application to make certain that the software you have running on your Windows device stays up-to-date. The latest version is FileHippo App Manager 2.0 Beta 2, which was released back in May and with it brought a host of updates itself.

The app will scan your computer to help you save time, as it can often take a while to make certain your apps are fully up-to-date, especially those that do not auto-update. If there are any to be updated, they will be displayed for you on your browser window, making it easier for you to see.

Latest changes in this new addition include Failed Scan errors being fixed, as well as certain scanning errors for older operating systems and specific cultures/languages. There is also an added ability so that you can customize the path where you save your downloads. More details of these latest updates can be found on

As for the list of July software updates, you will also find them on the FileHippo App Manager website.

If this app is not for you, then you could consider a FileHippo App Manager alternative, such as AppFresh or Software Informer.
