Clash of Clans May 18 maintenance ends bonus

By Daniel Chubb - May 18, 2015

If you can’t access Clash of Clans right now then this is due to a maintenance break today, which will end that bonus you been enjoying for Balloons and training Hog Riders in half the time for half the cost. At the time of publication Clash of Clans isn’t down yet, but the May 18th maintenance is set to start any moment.

You can see a tweet that the official account posted around 40 minutes ago. It basically mentions “Maintenance break soon”, as we have seen many times before with short warnings before they take Clash of Clans servers offline. In most circumstances, everything returns without a glitch but on occasion we do get prolonged downtime.

Did you manage to play Clash of Clans and take advantage of the training bonus over the weekend? If you see any problems with servers not coming back up quick enough, or other bugs in the game when signing in on Android or iOS, then leave a comment below. You can also leave feedback at our dedicated Clash of Clans app page for outages and other problems.

We will update this page once the servers return and if there’s any other news at that time. Update: We can confirm the servers are now down as planned, shame as we thought a last minute half time and price for the balloons was possible, until next time.

The servers should now be back online.
